SCARBOROUGH — Two leaders of Eminence, a public health and social growth organization from Bangladesh, will speak in Portland Sept. 27 during a visit hosted by Scarborough-based Partners for World Health.

Eminence CEO, President and founder Dr. Shamim Hader, and board Chairman Dr. Kazi Maraful Islam will discuss community health and social development at 1 p.m. at Maine Medical Center and at 5:30 p.m. at the Muskie School at the University of Southern Maine.

PWH President and founder Elizabeth McClellan said the visit is a result of the partnership between the organizations that includes medical missions to Bangladesh.
