TOPSHAM — The Sagadahoc County Emergency Management Agency will hold a full-scale exercise at The Highlands on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The exercise will mainly focus on preparing emergency responders to effectively respond to a mass evacuation at The Highlands.
