2/1 at 2:09 p.m. A citizen called police after witnessing a man entering vehicles at a Millcreek parking lot and repotedly removing items. Officer Adam Howard responded and located the suspect, who reportedly had in his possession and iPod and cell phone, the latter reported stolen from a vehicle on Broadway. Christopher Davis, 34, was arrested on two counts of burglary to a motor vehicle.

2/03 at 2:51 p.m. Officer Seth Paige summonsed a 14-year-old Lewiston boy on a charge of criminal mischief, after the youth reportedly became upset and punch a hole in the wall of a Westbrook Street residence.

2/05 at 4:45 p.m. Officer Seth Paige responded to a Millcreek area business, where an employee was apprehended for allegedly printing and cashing $129 in false bottle returns. William McVane, 20, was summonsed for theft by deception.

2/05 at 5:09 p.m. A woman who allegedly stole and damaged more than $600 in merchandise from a Maine Mall store, dug herself a deeper hole by allegedly giving false information to police and illegally possessing hydrocodone. Veronica Sasseville, 34, of Biddeford, was arrested on charges theft, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, criminal mischief, possession of scheduled drugs, violating a condition of release and failure to give correct name.
