SCARBOROUGH — Scarborough Community Services invites the public to attend Winterfest 2009 this Sunday, Jan. 18, from 12 to 4:30 p.m. at the ice rink by Wentworth School.
Events will include skating contests, a cardboard sled race, snow golf, snow sculptures, hayrides and a jump rope contest. Rain date for the event is Monday, Jan. 19.
