SCARBOROUGH — The Scarborough Public Library will be hosting a series of programs in collaboration with the Camden Conference. The programs will center around the theme “Russia Resurgent,” which will also be the focus of the February 2015 conference in Camden. 

Literary translator and Scarborough resident Lisa Haydren will kick off the series on Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. at the library with “Today’s Russia in Contemporary Russian Fiction: One Translator’s Experiences.”
