It’s expected to be mid-afternoon before Maine Department of Transportation crews fully reopen the Interstate 295 Exit 11 off-ramp and the Falmouth Spur eastbound ramps from Route 1, after a southbound tractor-trailer carrying large rolls of paper overturned Thursday as it exited I-295 just after 10 a.m. The truck was traveling from New Brunswick, Canada; it’s driver, Temur Klebleev, 29, also of New Brunswick, was unhurt. The state Department of Environmental Protection was called to control what Maine State Police described as a “significant” diesel fuel leak from the truck.
