PORTLAND — Traffic on the Fore River bridge on outer Congress Street will be reduced to one lane in each direction during night resurfacing of the road.
One lane in each direction will be closed from 7 p.m.-6 a.m. All four lanes will be open to traffic from 6 a.m.-7 p.m.
The city said work is expected to be completed Oct. 28.
