SOUTH PORTLAND — Construction on Broadway from Main Street at Cash Corner to Westbrook Street on Wednesday and Thursday from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. is likely to cause traffic delays, according to the Police Department.
Lt. Todd Bernard said in press release that westbound traffic would be rerouted. The eastbound traffic pattern will not change.
The work is in preparation for paving scheduled from May 21-23, when the same traffic changes will temporarily apply. Police suggest that motorists seek alternate routes during the construction.
