BRUNSWICK — The second Taste of Brunswick food festival will be held Saturday, June 19, on the town green.

Eighteen local restaurants will participate, showcasing a variety of food and drink from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Three bands will play live music under the gazebo: the Swing-a-Cat jazz trio, Dark Hollow Bottling Company, playing a fusion of bluegrass, rockabilly, folk, rock and pop, and the funky, soulful jazz of Sly Chi.

Local restaurants serving at the event include Bacari, Back Street Bistro and Wine Bar, Big Top Deli, Bombay Mahal, Byrnes Irish Pub, El Camino Cantina, Frontier Cafe, Gelato Fiasco, Lion’s Pride, Scarlet Begonia’s, Sea Dog Brewing Company, The Brunswick Inn, The Great Impasta, Wicked Joe Coffee, Wild Oats Bakery and Cafe, Little Dog Coffee Shop and No. 10 Water at the recently opened Captain Daniel Stone Inn.

The event is hosted by the Brunswick Downtown Association, which will share some proceeds with Mid Coast Hunger Prevention.

Tickets are $6 in advance and $8 at the gate. Children 12 and under are free. Advanced tickets can be purchased online at tasteofbrunswick.com, or in-person at Key Bank, Hannaford, Riley Insurance Agency or Mid Coast Hunger Prevention.
