PORTLAND — Incumbent Councilor Belinda Ray was re-elected to her District 1 seat Tuesday.
Ray was challenged by Matt Coffey, and won 3,770 to 1,589, with absentee ballots not yet counted.
District 1 encompasses the Casco Bay islands, Munjoy Hill and Bayside to High Street.
City races are nonpartisan, with three-year terms.
