BATH — Ralph Edward Becker, 81, died Jan. 28.
Born in Estonia, he immigrated to the U.S. in 1957, and settled on the Maine coast.
In 1957 he established Robinhood Marina and Kennebec Yacht Building, and ran the business until 1982.
He loved Maine and its people.
Surviving are his five children, Lilly Becker Wellenbach, Eliott Becker Wellenbach, Enno, Liia and Karen Becker; three grandchildren, Iain, Ingrid and Will Becker; and a great-grandchild, Lydia Becker.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held in early summer.
Memorial donations may be made to North Yarmouth Academy Development Office, Becker/Wellenbach Memorial Fund, 148 Main St., Yarmouth, ME 04096.
Arrangements are by Daigle Funeral Home, 819 High St., Bath.
