CAPE ELIZABETH — The Cape Elizabeth High School Parent Association and the Scarborough and South Portland school departments will host a screening of the documentary film “Race to Nowhere” on Monday, Feb. 7, at 6:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium.

The film was created by a concerned mother and illustrates the pressures facing students as they strive to achieve in today’s educational system.

After the film, participants are invited to attend an informal discussion in the school cafeteria.

Tickets are $10 and are available online at http://rtncapeelizabeth.eventbrite.com/. If still available, tickets may also be purchased at the door for $15. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, the movie will be shown on Thursday, Feb. 10.
