“Big Dog Party” leads “Keemah” and “Altercation” as boats get underway between Clapboard and Little Chebeague Islands in second day of the Portland Yacht Club’s Pilot Race, June 19. The two-day event is one of the PYC and Gulf of Maine Ocean Racing Association’s premier events. Winners included “Kaos” in the Class A division, “Morning Star” in Class C and “Black Sheep” in the Etchells division.
