BRUNSWICK — Bowdoin College students in a public art class will be displaying their projects this weekend at the Curtis Memorial Library.

The students were assigned by Professor Mark Wethli to envision the best place for public art in the downtown area, and then create models of their ideas. The results include, murals, fountains and an indoor playground.

The models will be available for viewing this Saturday and Sunday. Between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Sunday, the class invites the community to meet the students and talk about their projects.
