People’s Regional Opportunity Program recently expanded its coverage from Portland to include Freeport. Last week it began weatherization of the home of Margret Baker, left, who talks with Gov. John Baldacci and Baker’s daughter Nancy about how insulation of the house will save her money. Funds for the program come from the federal stimulus package.
