BRUNSWICK — Priscilla W. Brown, 78, of Brunswick, died Jan. 11 at the Skofield House, with her family by her side.

She was born in Sebasco Nov. 20, 1935, the daughter of James and Kathleen Koehling.

Brown worked as a packer at the Sebasco Freezing Plant for several years before becoming a certified nursing assistant, serving at Bessey Petite’s Nursing Home and the Hillhouse. She was also employed as a housekeeper for Small Point Cottages.

She was a fantastic cook, and loved to crochet and knit in her spare time. She also enjoyed travel and many camping vacations in Florida. Dancing was a passion of hers, and she could often be found dancing to music by Elvis Presley, of whom she was a big fan.

Brown was an active member of the Sebasco Nazarene Church.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert; son, Willy Anderson; sister, Carolyn Robinson; and brothers, Vernon Koehling Sr., Emil Koehling Sr., Norman Koehling Sr. and Carrol Coffin.

She is survived by her children, Warren Alexander and wife Melissa, Lester Anderson and wife Susan, and Joseph Anderson and wife Brenda; stepsons, Bob Brown and Scott Brown; sister, Nancy Desjardins; brothers, James Koehling and wife Linda, John Koehling and wife Debbie, and Donald Koehling and wife Glenda; sister-in-law and best friend, Beverly Koehling; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews

Visiting hours were held Jan. 17 at the David E. Desmond & Son Funeral Home, Bath, followed by a funeral.
