Special Olympics seeking flag football volunteers

Special Olympics of Cumberland County is seeking high school student volunteers to help out with the upcoming flag football league. Waynflete seeking varsity crew assistant

Waynflete School needs a varsity crew assistant coach for the upcoming spring season. Practices begin in mid-March and the season concludes at the end of May. Experience rowing and/or coaching is required. Boat maintenance and trailering experience is a plus. USM hosting 3-on-3 benefit tournament

Pitching clinic features former Deering star

Former Deering High standout Ryan Reid, now a member of the Tampa Bay Rays organization, along with Portland Sea Dogs hurler Ryne Lawson will conduct a pitching clinic Saturday at Falmouth Middle School.
