207Lacrosse is offering several programs in March and April at the Riverside Athletic Center. Mondays and Thursdays at 5 p.m., Speed, Agility and Quickness Training. Mondays from 6 to 8, girls’ high school elite league. Tuesdays at 5, boys’ next level advanced skills and 6 to 8 p.m., boys’ 7-8 grade elite league. Wednesdays at  5 and Sundays at 2, K-6 skills and drills with games to follow Wednesdays at 6 and Sundays at 3 .Men’s pick-up league ($10) Wednesdays at 8 p.m. Thursdays at 6, girls’ 7-8 grade elite league. Maine Baseball Hall of Fame seeking nominations

The Maine Baseball Hall of Fame is requesting nominations for 2013 inductees. The Hall honors players, coaches, umpires, organizers and benefactors from all corners of the state who achieved prominence in, or made valuable contributions to, baseball in Maine. Nominations should be sent to ddouglas@douglastitle.com. The deadline for submitting nominations is Friday. The induction ceremony is July 28.

Portland Rugby Football Club hosting winter academy

The Portland Rugby Football Club is hosting four weekend workshops to introduce Maine athletes to the sport in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
