Several Portland Porpoise Swim Club members set new records at the Candy Cane Classic earlier this month. Record setters included the 11-12 girls’ 200 free relay (left to right) Emily Ecker, Charlotte Pratt, Elizabeth Saltz, Leah Desveaux, Will Couture 50 backstroke, Eric Delmonte 100 breaststroke (state and Riverton pool), Kevin Kane 200 butterfly, 15-18 girls 200 medley and 200 free relays Emma Pontius, Sofie DeOliviera, Ellen Silk and Amelia Deady and the 15-18 boys 200 medley relay Lucas Adair, Eric Delmonte, Kevin Kane, Mike O’Donovan.
