9/28 at 2:57 a.m. John Aboda, 27, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Josh McDonald on charges of misuse of 911 system and violation of conditional release.

9/28 at 6:11 p.m. Zouhair Bouzrara, 48, was arrested by Officer Frank Pellerin on charges of refusing to submit to arrest and theft.

9/28 at 11:11 a.m. Omar Figueroa, 33, was arrested by Officer John Curran on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

9/28 at 3:03 p.m. Arnold Garza, 33, of Austin, Tex., was arrested by Officer John Morin on a charge of theft. 

9/28 at 9:47 p.m. Renee Giobbi, 40, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Kevin Haley on a charge of obstructing government administration.

9/28 at 10:34 a.m. Richard Herman, 27, of Westbrook, was arrested by Officer Scott Pelletier on a charge of operating after suspension.
