11/16 at 2:06 p.m. Ogeno Benson, 36, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Andjelko Napijalo on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

11/16 at 8:59 a.m. Michelle Castrello, 36, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Andjelko Napijalo on a charge of theft.

11/16 at 6:50 p.m. Sean Hamel, 57, was arrested by Officer Henry Johnson on a charge of public drinking.

11/16 at 10:13 p.m.  Todd Matthews, 41, was arrested by Officer Jeffrey Ruth on a charge of criminal trespass.

11/16 at 11:30 p.m.  Melissa Melendez, 43, was arrested by Officer Chris Shinay on a charge of criminal trespass.

11/16 at 12:16 a.m. Thomas Mulkern, 23, was arrested by Officer Matthew Eide on charges of aggravated forgery, failure to give correct name/date of birth, operating after suspension and refusing to submit to arrest/detention.

11/16 at 10:49 p.m. Rory O’Toole, 27, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Titcomb on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, driving to endanger, leaving the scene of an accident, operating after suspension, operating under the influence, theft and violation of bail conditions.
