5/10 at 1 p.m. David McGlashing, 54, was arrested by Officer Michael Bennis on charges of burglary, criminal mischief and theft.

5/11 at 9:26 a.m. Allison Barclay, 29, of Portland, was arrested by Officer James Keddy on a charge of operating after suspension.

5/11 at 8:04 a.m. Robert Burton, 42, of South Portland, was arrested by Officer Robert Bickford on charges of failure to give correct name/address and operating after suspension.

5/11 at 12:55 p.m. Peter Garland, 59, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Brad Rogers on a charge of public drinking.

5/11 at 10:42 p.m. Todd Norton, 25, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Jeff Tully on charges of assault, criminal mischief and refusing to submit.

5/14 at 6:30 p.m. Matthew Birchby, 24, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Jay Twomey on a charge of operating after suspension.

5/14 at 3:35 p.m. Joseph Clark, 25, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Daniel Knight on charges of aggravated furnishing/trafficking scheduled drugs and trafficking in prison contraband.

5/14 at 6:34 p.m. Victoria Crane, 53, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Mark Kezal on a charge of misuse of 911.

5/14 at 3:49 p.m. Scott French, 47, of Portland, was arrested by Officer John Cunniff on a charge of theft.

5/14 at 1:45 p.m. Samantha Knights, 23, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Robert Pelletier on charges of operating after suspension and operating under the influence.

5/14 at 10:52 p.m. Megan McFarland, 25, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Andjelko Napijalo on charges of furnishing liquor to a minor and operating after suspension.

5/14 at 11:05 a.m. Joseph Morris, 49, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Daniel Knight on a charge of indecent conduct.

5/14 at 10:15 a.m. Michael Reynolds, 37, of Portland, was arrested by officer Chris Sibley on a charge of assault.

Calzone caper

5/16 at 7:09 p.m. Two men leaving Pizza Villa on Congress Street were reportedly approached by another man who demanded a cigarette. When they said they did not have one, the man allegedly grabbed the calzone out of the hands of one of the men and ran to the nearby Greyhound bus station, where he proceeded to eat the calzone. Police responded and arrested William Hunt, 25, on charges of theft and violation of bail.

Stabbed into amnesia

5/17 at 12:42 a.m. Police responded to a report that a man had been stabbed and was on Mellen Street. Upon arrival, police reportedly found the man, who had several stab wounds to the torso and arm. He was taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. According to police, the stabbing occurred at 75 Sherman St. and was not random, but the victim would not give a description of any suspect or weapon used.

Wild ride

5/18 at 3:30 p.m. A Portland teenager led police on a two-mile car chase through Bayside and downtown. Jimmy Odong, 19, was reportedly driving recklessly around town, hitting four cars and a building while police chased him. He eventually exited his car at the corner of Congress and High streets, where police caught him on foot in Congress Square. Odong was arrested on charges of eluding an officer, operating under the influence, operating without a license and four counts of leaving the scene of an accident. On May 8, officers arrested Odong on a charge of theft after he reportedly stole booze from Hannaford.
