7/6 at 8:40 p.m. Robert Breston, 47, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Frank Pellerin on a charge of theft.

7/6 at 1:49 a.m. Peter Comeau, 51, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Chris Shinay on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

7/6 at 1:08 a.m. John Devine, 21, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Mark Keller on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/6 at 9:02 p.m. Jeremy Miller, 37, was arrested by Officer Frank Pellerin on a charge of public drinking.

7/6 at 2:49 a.m. Stephen Morse, 43, of Windham, was arrested by Officer Ryan Gagnon on a charge of theft.

7/6 at 7:54 p.m. Philip Ochs, 45, was arrested by Officer Matthew Eide on a charge of criminal trespass.

7/7 at 9:30 a.m. Tucker Mowatt, 24, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Cong Van Nguyen on a charge of criminal trespass.

7/8 at 11:40 p.m. Joshua Rent, 33, of Gorham, was arrested by Officer Bethany Edwards on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/8 at 11:06 a.m. Ellery Saucier, 54, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Andjelko Napijalo on charges of failure to register as a sexual predator and violation of conditional release.

7/9 at 8:12 a.m. James Ambrose, 24, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Robert Bickford on charges of failure to stop for an officer and operating after suspension.

7/9 at 5:54 a.m. Ricardo Bennett, 51, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Bethany Edwards on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

7/9 at 11:37 a.m. Thomas Blake, 50, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Andjelko Napijalo on a charge of public drinking.

7/9 at 10:27 p.m. Kimberly Sawyer, 32, of Westbrook, was arrested by Officer Joshua Wiseman on a charge of possession of suspended license.

7/9 at 12:01 p.m. Rodney Thibodeau, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested by Officer Charles Hodgdson on charges of failure to register as transient seller and receiving stolen property.

7/9 at 1:23 a.m. Karla Wilson, 22, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Mark Kezal on a charge of theft.

7/9 at 3:03 p.m. Scott York, 31, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Frank Gorham on a charge of probation violation.

Officer assaulted

7/13 Portland police, with the help of Gorham police, arrested a Gorham man and charged him with assaulting an officer. Paul Hooper, 28, reportedly scuffled with Officer Robert Pelletier, causing injury to Pelletier’s leg. Police were responding to a burglary report on Grant Street when they discovered Hooper and tried to arrest him. He was charged with assault on an officer, assault and refusal to submit to arrest.
