1/29 at 2:41 p.m. Dale R. Sukeforth, 46, of Portland, was arrested on Free Street by Officer William Stratis on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking.

1/30 at 1:26 a.m. Zouhair Bouzrara, 56, of Portland, was arrested on Cumberland Avenue by Officer Christopher Dyer on a charge of violating conditions of release.

1/30 at 1:12 p.m. Georgia M. Harmon, 22, of Limerick, was arrested on Middle Street by Officer Kyle Forbes on charges of theft by extortion.

1/30 at 1:12 p.m. Jose S. Monteiro, 26, of Brunswick, was arrested on Middle Street by Officer Kyle Forbes on an outstanding warrant from another agency, and charges of theft by extortion and engaging in prostitution.
