1/26 at 9 p.m. David M. Lovallo, 30, no address listed, was arrested on Park Avenue by Officer Eric Johnson on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

1/27 at 10 a.m. Donald Jackson, 63, of Biddeford, was arrested on Washington Avenue by Officer William Stratis on a charge of operating under the influence.
