11/29 at 12 a.m. Andrew Solak, 20, no address given, was arrested by Officer Christopher Shinay on Cumberland Avenue on charges of assault, criminal restraint, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and operating after suspension.

11/29 at 3 a.m. Jonathan Doyle, 24, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Christopher Shinay on Congress Street on a charge of trafficking of dangerous knives.

11/29 at 7 a.m. Changiz Fard, 51, of Portland, was arrested by Officer David Mulry on Baxter Boulevard on charges of assault, criminal threatening, terrorizing, threatening display of dangerous weapons, and two counts of violation of conditional release.
