12/21 at 8:42 p.m. Sonny Mullins, 29, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Henry Johnson on charges of assault, obstructing report of crime/injury and refusing to submit.

12/21 at 5 p.m. Harmony Snow, 20, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Titcomb on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
