12/9 at 3:40 a.m. Ryan M. Miller, 32, of Pelham, New Hampshire, was arrested on Milk Street by Officer Morgan MacLean on charges of domestic violence criminal threatening and aggravated assault.

12/9 at 10:18 p.m. Jay M. Smith, 45, of Lewiston, was arrested on Thomas Street by Officer Andrew Castonguay on charges of driving to endanger, failure to stop for an officer, operating beyond driver’s license restrictions and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

12/10 at 4:09 p.m. Vito L. Caiazzo III, 63, of Portland, was arrested on Delaware Court by Officer Michael Galietta on a charge of domestic violence assault.
