3/28 at 3 p.m. Alyssa Brame, 29, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Chris Mitchell on Mellen Street on charges of assault, criminal mischief, criminal threatening, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and refusing to sign a ticket.

3/28 at 10 p.m. Matthew Grant, 34, of Falmouth, was arrested by Officer Mark Keller on Forest Avenue on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

3/28 at 9 p.m. Mark Malczynski, 41, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Chris Mitchell on Danforth Street on charges of assault and obstructing report of crime/injury.
