PORTLAND — Police are searching for a Cumberland Avenue resident they say has been missing since Nov. 18.

Evariste Munyensanga, 29, was last seen when dropped off at his apartment by a friend around 4 p.m., Police Lt. Robert Martin said in a press release. Munyensanga is 6 feet 1 inch tall, with short black hair and brown eyes.

Martin said Munyensanga has not been seen by his roommates or active on social media since he was dropped off. He is also known to have a medical condition that requires him to take medications daily.

His friends and family said Munyensanga frequents the YMCA and Salvation Army Church. Martin said he also enjoys running along the coastline north of the city and taking pictures with his cell phone. Anyone who may have seen Munyensanga is asked to call Portland Police at 874-8575.
