PORTLAND — A 5:30 p.m. reception Jan. 8 opens the “Perspectives” art exhibition at City Hall.
Featuring work by artists at The Art Department, and Publication Studio at 611-613 Congress St., the exhibition is sponsored by the city’s Disability Advisory Committee and runs through Jan. 18.
The free, public reception will be held in the State of Maine Room on the second floor and includes a celebratory toast at 5:45 p.m.
The Art Department and Publication Studio are nonprofit programs run by Creative Trails. They advocate for artists with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
