PORTLAND — The Deering Center Community Church is organizing a neighborhood clean-up 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, Sept. 22.
Volunteers will be asked to pick up trash, clean sidewalks, weed and wash windows. The event includes a cookout on the church lawn. Call 773-2423 for more information.
