PORTLAND — Soungha Sok, the driver of the car involved in an accident outer Congress Street on the morning of April 15, died Wednesday at Maine Medical Center.
Police Lt. Aaron Pepin identified Sok, 23, of Westbrook, in a press release Wednesday. Sok’s address was not given, but Pepin did identify Harrona Sayed, 25, of Portland, as the passenger in the 2007 BMW sedan that left the road and hit a stone wall near the intersection of Congress Street and Johnson Road around 1:24 a.m.
Pepin said Sayed remains at Maine Medical Center recovering from serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
