SOUTH PORTLAND — Police are looking for a 33-year-old man who is suspected of committing several commercial burglaries over the past month.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Albert Dadiego, a white male believed to be living in the greater Portland area. Dadiego is being sought for three counts of Class B burglary and three counts of Class C theft.

South Portland Police Sgt. Steven Webster said in a press release there has been “a rash” of commercial burglaries in the last month. Several doctor’s and dentist’s offices have been targeted, in addition to other businesses.

Webster said the arrest warrant was issued after investigators in South Portland, Scarborough and Portland consulted with the Cumberland County District Attorney’s office.
