Richard Plourde is an excellent choice for Yarmouth Town Council. He has lived in Yarmouth almost as long as I have, from when Yarmouth was a village. He is not a Johnny-come-lately wanting to change Yarmouth in ways that don’t make sense. He is informed on all the issues and has been involved on a personal level. He is a hard worker who will represent the young, the old, the poor, the rich and everyone in between. He is vested in, and really cares about, the town and its citizens.
