BRUNSWICK — Frank Connors will talk about his new book, “Speaking Frankly,” at People Plus, 35 Union St., on Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 2 p.m.
Connor’s book, available later this month, is a compilation of the first 130 columns he wrote for People Plus News, the center’s monthly newspaper. He is the organization’s membership coordinator.
Artwork for the book by artist Jack Gable, including two acrylic paintings and several black-and-white pen-and-ink sketches, will also be auctioned.
The event is free and open to the public, but attendees are encouraged to call 729-0757 in advance for registration.
