TOPSHAM — A park-and-ride lot has opened at 154 Topsham Fair Mall Road, the Maine Department of Transportation announced.
The lot is at Home Depot, which is partnering with DOT by designating part of their parking lot for carpool and ride-share participants. The 40-space area allows overnight parking, but DOT permission is required to stay there for more than 24 hours.
