FALMOUTH — Voters have backed Council Chairwoman Karen Farber and former councilor Edward Kitchel for the two open Town Council seats.
Farber was elected to her second term with 834 votes. Kitchel, who served on the Council from 1997 until 2003, received 768 votes. John Winslow, a third candidate, received 373 votes.
School Board candidates Dee Conroy-Vella and Cindy Han were both elected following uncontested races.
