Several North Yarmouth Academy athletes were honored for their performance this winter.

Boys’ varsity basketball gave its Most Valuable Player award to Chase Gendron. Aaron Guiseley received the Coach’s award.

The boys’ junior varsity squad gave its Coach’s award to Sean McMullan and named Duncan George Most Improved.

Girls’ varsity basketball named Chloe Leishman MVP and gave its Coach’s award to Maggie Bertocci.

The varsity boys’ ice hockey team named Jeremy Sylvain MVP and gave Matt Hawkins the Coach’s award. The JV Coach’s award went to Jesse Cyr-Brophy. Markus Bilodeau was named Most Improved.

The girls’ varsity ice hockey team named Alex Barnes MVP. Kayla Rose was given the Coach’s award.

Indoor track gave its boys’ MVP to Jake Burns and girls’ MVP to Jillian Bjorn-Caron. The boys’ Coach’s award was given to Dean Walters. Muriel Adams was given the girls’ Coach’s award.

Swimming’s MVP was Sonia Lin. Emilie Burrill won the Coach’s award.

Nordic skiing named Haley Cunningham MVP. Abbie Hinchman got the Coach’s award.

The Athletic Council award winners were T.J. Daigler and Mallory Ianno.

The top Middle School Winter Athletes were Perrin Davidson and Jordan Ackerman.
