9/22 at 11:16 p.m. Christopher J. Shepherd, 50, of Haskell Road, was arrested on Haskell Road by Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputy Joe Schnupp on charges of criminal mischief and operating under the influence.
Ground Control to Baby Tom
9/22 at 6 p.m. North Yarmouth Fire Department saved a kitten from a tree on North Road. The kitten, who had left the house for the first time ever, promptly scrambled up a tree and couldn’t be retrieved by its owner. The kitten was safely returned to terra firma by firefighters, according to a dispatcher.
