1/21 at 8:18 p.m. Paul L. Metevier, 65, of Henry Road, was arrested on Henry Road by Officer Benjamin Burnes on charges of refusing to submit to arrest, failure to report motor vehicle accident and refusing to sign uniform summons complaint.
