4/13 at 5:27 p.m. Skyler H. Hewitt, 19, of Main Street, Yarmouth, was arrested at an undisclosed location by Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputy Sam Cofone on charges of burglary, stealing drugs, theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.
