Falmouth lacrosse holding fundraiser

Falmouth’s lacrosse program is holding a Scoop for Loot fundraiser to raise money in support of Lacrosse the Nations’ mission to serve underprivileged children in the United States and Latin America. There will be two different Scoops for Loot, one held at the girls’ game Monday versus York (6:30 p.m.) and another held at the boys’ game Tuesday versus Yarmouth (6:45 p.m.). RSU5 coaching openings

There are multiple coaching openings in RSU5 for the 2015-16 school year. Freeport High School is seeking coaches for boys’ varsity basketball, girls’ junior varsity soccer, girls’ first team soccer, boys’ first team soccer, boys’ first team basketball, girls’ JV basketball, girls’ first team basketball, two assistants for football and assistants for Alpine skiing and indoor track. At Freeport Middle School, there are openings for 7th grade boys’ soccer, 7th grade field hockey, boys’ basketball and football (head and assistant).
