Falmouth football hosting first ever Homecoming
Falmouth’s football program is hosting Homecoming for the first time this weekend. Events include Spirit Day Thursday, a “Powerpuff” Senior/Junior flag football game at 7 p.m. Thursday and the “Battle of Route 9” game versus rival Greely at 7 p.m. Friday. There will also be a tailgate Friday at 5:30 p.m. and a bonfire after the game. Saturday, the week concludes with a Halloween Costume Dance from 8 to 11 p.m.
Katahdin Field Hockey holding tryouts
The Katahdin Field Hockey Club is holding tryouts Sunday at the Gorham Sports Center. FMI, katahdinfieldhockey.com.
