Outdoor track all-state team named
The Maine Track and Cross Country Coaches’ Association recently named its all-state team, which included several local standouts. The girls’ first-team included Greely’s Kirstin Sandreuter. Falmouth’s Adelaide Cooke, Greely’s Alyssa Casarez and Yarmouth’s Emma Egan were honorable mentions. Freeport’s Harrison Stivers, North Yarmouth Academy’s Michael McIntosh and Yarmouth’s Ben Decker and Darren Shi were boys’ honorable mention.
Waynflete coaching opening
Waynflete is seeking a Middle School girls’ soccer coach for the upcoming season, which begins Sept. 2 and runs through Oct. 30. FMI, rburdick@waynflete.org.

NYA coaching openings
North Yarmouth Academy has several coaching openings for the 2014-15 school year. The upper school is seeking junior varsity girls’ soccer and boys’ basketball coaches. Freeport coaching openings
RSU5 has several coaching openings for next school year. Freeport High has vacancies for boys’ first team soccer, assistant cross country, junior varsity field hockey, JV football, boys’ first team basketball, Nordic skiing and assistants for indoor and outdoor track. The middle school is seeking Alpine skiing, cheering, 7th grade boys’ soccer, 8th grade boys’ soccer, 8th grade boys’ basketball and an assistant for football.
