Football preview show Thursday
Forecaster Sports Editor Michael Hoffer will join Kalle Oakes of the Sun Journal and Travis Lee on Channel 8’s high school football preview show Thursday at 7 p.m. The show will focus on the upcoming season, including local players and teams, and will lead into the final New England Patriots preseason game.
NYA coaching openings
North Yarmouth Academy has several coaching vacancies for the upcoming school year. At the Upper School, there is an opening for junior varsity boys’ prep hockey. The Middle School is seeking grades 6/7/8 boys’ soccer and basketball/volleyball coaches. FMI, 847-5456 or jhardy@nya.org.
