Grover transfers to Cornell

Former Yarmouth High girls’ lacrosse standout (and 2008 Spring Female Athlete of the Year) Nicole Grover will play for Cornell University next year. Grover spent her freshman season at Plymouth State (N.H.) University where she scored 28 goals and added seven assists, earning first team all-league and second-team all-ECAC honors.

SailMaine seeking coaches

SailMaine is seeking fall coaches for its high school teams. Assistant
coaches are also sought. The season begins in mid-August and ends Oct.

Yarmouth coaching openings

Yarmouth High School has coaching openings for varsity indoor track,

Fitness, fun camp for kids opens in Yarmouth

Riverview Physical Therapy is introducing a new wellness camp for boys
and girls entering grades 2-6 called CampFit. An athletic trainer and
physical therapist will lead the camp in personalized fitness games and
outdoor activities. The 4-week camp starts July 20 and will be held on
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9-10:30 a.m., July 20-Aug. 14 at 50
