Falmouth Elementary
PTO spring fair May 8

FALMOUTH — The Falmouth Elemtary PTO Spring Fair will be held Saturday, May 8 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. between Plummer-Motz and Lunt School playgrounds.

The fair will feature games, activities, prizes, food and more to benefit Falmouth Elementary Schools. A kids fun run for grades K-5 will begin at 9 a.m. Registration for the run is at Lunt School from 4 to 6 p.m. May 7 or from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. on May 8.

In the event of rain, the fair will be held in the gyms of Plummer-Motz and Lunt Schools

'Babes in Arms' May 7

FALMOUTH — The Theatre Company at Falmouth High School will be performing the romantic comedy musical, "Babes in Arms," beginning May 7.

Performances will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, May 7 and May 8, and Thursday through Saturday, May 13 through May 15 at Falmouth High School, 74 Woodville Road.

Tickets, available at the door, are $8 for adults and $5 for students or seniors.

May 15 Cookie Walk funds
Falmouth scholarship

FALMOUTH — A cookie walk on Saturday, May 15 at Shaws' Supermarket in Falmouth, will benefit the Nancy King Memorial Scholarship Fund.

"Cookies for Nancy," will be available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with a "mix 'n' match" dozen homemade cookies for a $5 donation.

All proceeds from the sale will fund a scholarship to a Falmouth High School senior in memory of longtime school department employee, Nancy King.

CUMBERLAND — the Falmouth Cumberland Community Chamber’s first annual silent auction to fund scholarships for students at Falmouth and Greely High Schools will be held Thursday, May 6 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Val Halla, 60 Val Halla Road, Cumberland.
