Yvonne A. "Mimi" Reynolds, 72: Lifelong Bath resident
BATH — Yvonne Ada "Mimi" Reynolds, 72, died Dec. 2 at a Brunswick hospital with her family by her side.
On Nov. 23, 1937, she was born in Bath, the daughter of John Clifford and Yvonne Tanguay Henderson, and attended local schools, graduating from Morse High School in 1957.
She was a lifelong resident of Bath.
In the 1970s, she owned and operated Reynolds Fabrics and later on, worked at Bath Savings Bank, retiring in 1998.
She was an active member of the Corliss Street Baptist Church where she enjoyed helping at the food pantry and the clothing exchange.
Her greatest love was her family and she was actively involved with her grandchildren.
She enjoyed camping, crotcheting and traveling.
She was predeceased by her brother, John Clifford Henderson Jr., in 1966.
Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Lawrence Reynolds; three children, Lawrence Reynolds Jr. and his wife Ann of South Portland, Stephen Reynolds and his wife Gail of Lisbon and Karen Reynolds Lemont and her husband Gary of South Portland; three grandchildren, Sarah Lemont Burnham and her husband Nate of South Portland, Abigail Reynolds and Elizabeth Reynolds both of Lisbon; and two great-grandchildren, Brooke and Taylor Burnham of South Portland.
Memorial services were held last week.
