Arrests

9/14 at 4:53 p.m. Nicholas Wyman, 25, of Fort Hill Road, Gorham, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi and charged with theft by insurance deception and violation of probation or parole.

9/16 at 3:31 a.m. Eric Peterson, 37, of Flaggy Meadow Road, Gorham, was arrested by Officer Michael Beeler and charged with operating under the influence.

9/16 at 8:39 p.m. Lisa Reed, 24, of Elliot Road, Gorham, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi and charged with theft by unauthorized taking/transfer.

9/19 at 4:02 a.m. Alana Lukens, 28, of Pine Country Drive, Buxton, was arrested by Officer Eric Lippincott and charged with operating under the influence.

9/19 at 9:12 a.m. Russell Souza, 53, of Main Street, South Portland, was arrested by Officer Shawn Anastasoff and charged with operating under the influence (three-plus priors and drugs), operating a vehicle without a license and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

9/19 at 6:48 p.m. Deborah Robb, 46, of Washburn Avenue, Portland, was arrested by Officer Robert Nguyen and charged with operating under the influence (with one prior).

9/19 at 8:28 p.m. Vicki Lauzier, 49, of Clover Leaf Lane, Scarborough, was arrested by Officer Scott Vaughan and charged with operating when license is suspended/revoked (with two-plus prior OAS for OUI offenses).
